Terms of sale
Last updated: 2026-11-03
These terms apply when you buy from storeforagents.com, yourself or through an AI agent. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, such as the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, the Distance Contracts Act and the Product Liability Act. Where a limitation of liability below conflicts with mandatory law, it does not apply to consumers.
1. Seller
Query-IT Motala AB, org. no. 559578-9313, VAT no. SE559578931301, Strandvägen 72, 591 45 Motala, Sweden. Email: hello@storeforagents.com.
2. Who these terms apply to
The terms apply to consumers and businesses. A consumer is a private person who buys mainly for private purposes. You are a business customer if you buy in the course of your trade or profession or on behalf of a company, association or public body, for example if you give an organisation number or VAT number.
Where the terms say "consumers", the rule follows from mandatory consumer law and cannot be restricted. Section 11 also applies to business customers, and section 12 to website packages. Those sections take precedence over the rest of the terms.
3. Ordering and contract
You order through Stripe’s checkout page or, for purchases by an AI agent, through Stripe’s agentic checkout (see section 10). The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation by email. Check the confirmation and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
Before the contract is concluded we may decline an order, for example if the item is out of stock at the supplier, if the delivery address is outside Sweden, if we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method, or if the price or product information is so obviously wrong that you should have realised it. If you have already paid, you get the full amount back promptly and within 14 days at the latest.
We may limit the number of units of an item that can be bought in a single order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown on the site and include VAT. Shipping costs and any other charges are shown before you pay. Payment is made by card or another method offered by Stripe, and is charged when you order. The price shown when you ordered applies to your purchase.
5. Delivery and dropshipping
Our trending deals are shipped directly from third-party suppliers (dropshipping), some of which are located outside the EU. Where an item ships from, and its estimated delivery time, are shown for each product. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. We deliver physical goods to addresses in Sweden only.
If no delivery time is stated, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order. If a delivery is late, you as a consumer may require us to deliver, and if we do not deliver within a reasonable additional period that you set, you may cancel the purchase and get back everything you paid. If the delivery date was essential to you and you said so when ordering, you may cancel straight away.
You are responsible for the delivery details that you or your agent give being correct and complete. If a parcel cannot be delivered or must be re-sent because the details were wrong, you pay the extra costs, and the resulting delay does not count as a delay on our part.
If you do not collect a parcel and it is returned to us, we may deduct the actual cost of the return shipping from the refund, and also the cost of the outbound shipping unless you have withdrawn from the purchase under section 7. We do not charge any flat fee.
Goods shipped from outside the EU can be subject to import VAT, customs duty and a handling fee from the carrier. [TO BE FILLED: state whether import VAT and duties are included in the price (e.g. via IOSS) or paid by the customer on arrival]
The risk for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you designate, receive them.
6. Product information and images
Product images are photos of the item from our supplier. Some show the supplier’s product photo placed in a staged home setting, where the background and props are generated and are not included; these are described as a staged setting, and the supplier’s own photo of the item is shown next to them. Images that are illustrations and not photos are labelled as such. Images show what the item looks like. The item you receive may differ in minor details, such as colour shade, packaging, labelling or dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerances. The product description, with materials, dimensions and function, defines what you are buying.
If the item departs from the description in a way that matters, or does not meet what you could reasonably expect, it is faulty and you can complain about it under section 8.
Follow the instructions and safety information that come with the item or are shown on the product page.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, also when an AI agent ordered for you. The period starts on the day you receive the goods (for an order delivered in several parcels: the day you receive the last one).
To withdraw, send us a clear statement to hello@storeforagents.com, for example using our withdrawal form. You do not have to use the form.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you withdrew, to the return address we send you by email. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return shipping.
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown that you sent them. The refund uses the same payment method you used.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them more than needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken, or to goods made to your specifications.
8. Complaints and faulty goods (consumers)
You may complain about a fault for three years after you received the goods (Swedish Consumer Sales Act). Tell us within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault; two months is always considered timely. A fault that appears within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery.
Email support@storeforagents.com with your order number, a description and photos. You are entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction, cancellation of the purchase and, where applicable, damages. We pay reasonable return costs for justified complaints.
The following are not faults: normal wear and tear, damage after delivery caused by accident, improper care or use contrary to the instructions, alterations made by you or someone else, and minor differences from the product images as described in section 6 that do not affect the item’s function or character.
9. Liability and its limits (consumers)
Our liability towards you follows from the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and other mandatory law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as loss of income, or for consequential damage, except to the extent that mandatory law provides otherwise. Under the Consumer Sales Act we compensate indirect loss when it is caused by negligence on our part.
We are not liable for damage caused by an impediment beyond our control that we could not reasonably have foreseen or avoided, such as war, natural disaster, pandemic, strike, decisions by authorities, customs inspections, transport disruptions or large-scale cyber attacks. This does not affect your right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.
We are not liable for damage caused by using the item for a purpose it is not intended for or contrary to its instructions and safety information, for loss caused by incorrect information given by you or your agent, or for services you choose to use yourself, such as your AI agent, your account with an agent provider or your bank.
The limits in this section do not apply if we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence, and they never affect liability under the Product Liability Act or your rights under the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act.
10. Purchases by AI agents
You can let an AI agent search, order and pay for you. The contract is then made with you, the person or company the agent acts for (the "principal"). The agent is your representative. Orders placed by an agent that you have given access to your payment method, your account or a payment authorisation through Stripe bind you as if you had placed them yourself, and the agent’s acceptance of these terms counts as your acceptance.
You are responsible for the instructions, spending limits and permissions you give your agent, and for having read these terms. We give the terms, prices and delivery information to the agent in machine-readable form and send the order confirmation with the terms to the email address given in the order.
We are not liable for mistakes made by your agent, such as the wrong item, the wrong quantity, duplicate orders or a wrong delivery address. Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake and we will try to stop the order before it ships. As a consumer you always keep your right of withdrawal under section 7.
Protect your accounts, keys and payment authorisations. We are not liable for loss that arises when someone uses your agent, your accounts or your payment details without your permission, unless we caused it. Your rights against your bank or card issuer for unauthorised transactions under the Swedish Payment Services Act are not affected.
Agent purchases are delivered only to addresses in Sweden. Orders to other addresses are rejected automatically; if such an order still goes through, we cancel it and refund the full amount.
We may reject agent orders that do not follow our API, lack acceptance of the terms, exceed quantity limits or indicate abuse. Anyone who orders in someone else’s name without authority is personally liable for the order.
11. Business customers
This section applies when you buy as a business customer and takes precedence over other rules in these terms and over non-mandatory law, such as the Swedish Sale of Goods Act. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
Faulty goods. Inspect the goods when you receive them. Visible faults and transport damage must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt, and other faults within a reasonable time after they are discovered, but no later than 6 months after delivery. Otherwise you lose the right to rely on the fault. For a justified complaint we choose whether to replace the item, remedy the fault or refund the price.
Limitation of liability. Our total liability, on any legal basis, is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service the claim concerns. We are never liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or revenue, loss of production, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption or third-party claims. These limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence or to personal injury.
Time limits. Claims against us must be made in writing within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim; otherwise the claim lapses.
Contact us first. Before you open a payment dispute (chargeback), report the matter to a payment provider or bring legal proceedings, you must send a written complaint to support@storeforagents.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.
Force majeure. We are released from liability and may postpone our obligations in case of an impediment beyond our control, such as those listed in section 9. If the impediment lasts longer than 60 days, either party may terminate the part of the contract not yet performed, and you then get back what you paid for that part.
Disputes. Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts, with Linköping District Court (Linköpings tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
12. Website packages (digital service)
Scope. A website package is a service: we build a website with the scope described for the package. Work beyond that is charged only if you have approved a price in advance. The delivery time is agreed for each project and starts when we have received your material. While we wait for material or answers from you, the delivery time is extended accordingly. The finished website is transferred to you when the package is paid in full.
Your responsibility for the content. You are responsible for having the rights to the texts, images, trademarks and other material you give us, and for the content and your use of the website complying with the law, for example the GDPR, the rules on cookies, the Swedish Marketing Practices Act, rules on e-commerce information and accessibility, and the rules for your industry. We do not give legal advice. You must review and approve any texts or templates we suggest, for example for a privacy policy or cookies.
Acceptance (business customers). When we deliver the website you have 10 working days to review it and tell us in writing about any departures from the package scope. We correct such departures, and you then have 5 working days to review the correction. The website is deemed accepted when the review period ends without a written notice of departure, or when you publish it or start using it in your business. Minor departures that do not affect use do not prevent acceptance but are corrected. After acceptance we correct free of charge any faults that existed at delivery and that you report within 30 days.
No guaranteed results (business customers). We do not guarantee rankings in search engines or AI services, visitors, sales or other business results. We are not responsible for third-party services the website uses or depends on, such as web hosting, domain registrars, payment services, plugins and AI services, or for the website being affected by later changes to such services or to browsers. After handover you are responsible for hosting, domain renewal, updates and backups.
Indemnity (business customers). If anyone makes a claim against us because of material you provided or how you use the website, you must indemnify us.
Rights. When the package is paid in full you get the right to use, change and develop the website. We keep the rights to generic code, components, templates and know-how that are not specific to you. We may show the website as a reference unless you tell us you do not want that.
Personal data in the website. If we process personal data on your behalf, for example messages from a contact form during the project, you are the controller and we are your processor. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
Cancellation (business customers). Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. You can cancel free of charge before we start the work and get the full amount back. Once the work has started we charge 50% of the package price and refund the rest. Once we have delivered the website for acceptance, the full package price is charged.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. If you ask us to start the work within that period and then withdraw, you pay for the work done up to that point. The right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, provided you asked for the work to start and confirmed that you were aware of this. Consumers keep all rights under mandatory law, and the limits of liability for business customers do not apply to them.
Section 11 also applies to business customers.
13. Personal data
See our privacy policy.
14. Disputes and complaints
Please contact us first at support@storeforagents.com. We want to solve problems directly with you, and that is usually the quickest way.
For consumers this is a request, not a requirement. It does not limit your right to turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se, to the courts, or to your bank or card issuer to get your money back (chargeback). We take part in ARN’s procedures. Consumers in other EU countries can find out-of-court dispute bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Swedish law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. For business customers, section 11 applies.
15. Changes and miscellaneous
The terms that applied when you ordered govern your purchase. We may change the terms for future orders; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes to an ongoing website project apply only if we agree on them.
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions still apply.
